Love your work, man. Let me just throw my two cents out there... Since his arm is a pendulum weapon, I'm going to guess he's meant to swing that thing around. But I can imagine when he does that, that he would hurt himself just as much as he'd hurt his victims; with that thing swinging back at him. So, I don't know, you're the genius here... But maybe put some armor on him? Or, like, make his arm longer so he has more control of where that thing swings... Or to make him look more demented and bad-a**, maybe you could add to the metalic add-ons of his anatomy, and give him some more metallic parts?

Just a thought. But keep up the good work!!!
