Daily Deviation

Given 2009-04-19

~AlexPascenko shows off his talent for lineart and eye for detail in comic book page 01, a gritty sci-fi comic with Western motifs reminiscent of Firefly. The last panel is particularly impressive, keeping sharp detail as far back as the fourth row of background characters. In a humorous twist, despite the futuristic setting, the characters are shown stuck with the same everyday things we do -- hustling through crowds, talking and smoking with friends. (Suggested by `Iscariot-Priest and Featured by ^Thiefoworld)

Your linework is excellent! Looks great, lots of detail and everyone in it has personality to them. If you're ever in need of a writer, say the word! In the meantime, I'll be keeping an eye on you. ;)

That is some epic scope you have going on there with so much to see and all the great details! It would seem as though you didn't get rusty at all! Excellent work and congratulations on the DD!
